Your Complete User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"dz999"

Refers to the dz999 online gaming platform, its operator, parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers, collectively and individually as the context requires.

"Platform"

The dz999 website accessible at dz999.biz, including all subdomains, mobile versions, web applications, and all gaming, betting, and account management services made available through that domain.

"User" / "You"

Any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity, including as a registered account holder or as an unregistered visitor.

"Account"

The unique registered user account created by a User on the Platform, associated with a single verified identity, a single PKR wallet, and a single set of login credentials.

"Agreement"

These Terms & Conditions as published on the Platform, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

"Funds"

Any Pakistani Rupee (PKR) amount deposited into a User's Account, credited as bonus funds, or otherwise held in a User's Account balance, whether withdrawable or subject to wagering requirements.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by dz999 to confirm a User's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or as required by applicable regulatory obligations.

"Wagering Requirement"

A condition attached to bonus funds specifying that a User must place wagers totalling a defined multiple of the bonus amount before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation. References to "including" shall mean "including without limitation".

By accessing the Platform, creating a dz999 Account, or making any deposit, bet, or wager on the Platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and understand their content;
2. You agree to be bound by this Agreement as a legally binding contract between you and dz999;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement, including the minimum age requirement of 21 years;
4. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal, non-commercial use;
5. You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.

dz999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or platform notification.

3.1 Age Requirement. The dz999 Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years and above. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. dz999 will not knowingly permit any individual under the age of 21 to register or maintain an Account. Age verification may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. dz999 does not represent that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Users accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) active dz999 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where multiple Accounts are detected, dz999 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, forfeit all associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.4 Registration Requirements. To create a dz999 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC/NICOP or Passport);
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your name;
• A unique password meeting dz999's minimum security requirements;
• The payment method(s) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

3.5 Account Verification. dz999 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided during registration or at any subsequent time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dz999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs. dz999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from dz999 that requests your password should be treated as unauthorised and reported to support immediately.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify dz999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. dz999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials or for losses occurring before you have notified dz999 of suspected unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Sharing. dz999 Accounts are strictly personal. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise permit any other person to access or use your Account. Any person accessing your Account from your device or using your credentials — including family members — does so as your agent, and you remain fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

4.4 Accurate Information. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number, payment method, or other contact information must be updated promptly through your Account settings or by contacting support. dz999 is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing resulting from outdated Account information.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dz999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods:

5.2 Deposit Currency. All transactions on the dz999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dz999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits — the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your Account.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal above PKR 10,000 is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by dz999 compliance;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable;
• dz999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

5.4 Transaction Records. It is your responsibility to maintain records of your deposit and withdrawal transactions. dz999 provides a transaction history within your Account dashboard for this purpose. Disputes regarding transactions must be raised within thirty (30) days of the transaction date.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by dz999 ("Promotions") are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual Promotion, in addition to these general terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific Promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total monetary value of wagers that must be placed before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager an amount equal to thirty times the bonus value.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered dz999 Account holders only. dz999 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any Promotion at its sole discretion. Accounts found to be abusing Promotions — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms, creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times, or wagering contrary to applicable game restrictions to meet wagering requirements — will have bonuses removed and may be permanently excluded from future Promotions or the Platform.

7.1 Game Availability. The availability of games on the dz999 Platform may vary and is subject to change at any time without notice. dz999 makes no guarantee that any specific game will remain available in perpetuity. Games may be removed from the lobby due to studio licensing changes, regulatory requirements, or Platform decisions.

7.2 RNG & Game Certification. All casino games offered on the dz999 Platform utilise Random Number Generation (RNG) software that has been independently certified by a recognised testing authority. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as certified by the relevant game studio. dz999 does not modify RTP settings applied by studios.

7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous credit to a User's Account, dz999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and correct any associated balance error. Funds credited to an Account as a result of a verifiable technical error are not eligible for withdrawal and will be reversed.

7.4 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are final once the relevant dealing action is completed. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes must be supported by reference to the specific round identifier, which is visible during and after each game session.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the dz999 sportsbook are subject to acceptance at dz999's sole discretion. dz999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason. Where a bet is not accepted, any staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.

8.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body or as reported by dz999's designated data provider, whichever dz999 elects to apply. Where the official result is delayed or disputed, dz999 reserves the right to suspend settlement pending confirmation.

8.3 PSL & Cricket Markets. Pakistan Super League and other cricket betting markets on dz999 are subject to the prevailing rules of the Pakistan Cricket Board and International Cricket Council as applicable to the specific format and competition. Live betting markets on cricket matches are updated in real time and odds are subject to change at any moment during in-play periods.

8.4 Obvious Errors. Where odds are published due to a manifest error — including typographical errors, feed errors, or pricing errors that result in odds that are clearly inconsistent with fair market odds at the time — dz999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. The determination of what constitutes an "obvious error" rests with dz999.

8.5 Maximum Payouts. dz999 applies maximum payout limits per event and per bet type. These limits are published within the sportsbook terms and may vary by sport and market. Any winning that would exceed the applicable maximum payout will be capped at that maximum, regardless of the theoretical return calculated at the time of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dz999 Platform. Any User found to be engaging in any of the following will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to conceal the origin of illicitly obtained funds;
• Identity Fraud: Registering or operating an Account using false, fabricated, or another person's identity;
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, software, or automated systems to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotions;
• Arbitrage & Syndicate Betting: Participating in coordinated betting activities designed to exploit dz999's odds through systematic arbitrage across multiple accounts or platforms;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users in live poker, live dealer, or other interactive game formats to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of verifiable software errors, misfeed odds, or game malfunctions to generate winnings;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal claims against dz999 while retaining associated winnings or bonus credits.

10.1 Player Protection Commitment. dz999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as an integral part of its operations. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to assist Users in maintaining control of their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

10.2 Self-Exclusion. Any User who wishes to take a break from the Platform may request a self-exclusion period of a defined duration through their Account settings or by contacting support. During an active self-exclusion period, the User's Account will be restricted from login, deposits, and all gameplay. Self-exclusion requests take effect within minutes of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.

10.3 Age Restriction Enforcement. dz999 will not knowingly permit any individual under 21 years of age to gamble on the Platform. Any User found to be under 21 will have their Account permanently closed and all funds held in the Account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

10.4 Problem Gambling. If you believe that your gaming is causing you harm — financially, emotionally, or in your relationships — we urge you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your Account dashboard immediately. Gaming is intended to be entertaining; when it no longer is, please seek help.

All content on the dz999 Platform — including but not limited to the platform name and branding, game assets, graphics, interface design, text content, logo, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of dz999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of dz999.

Any unauthorised use of dz999 intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose the User to legal liability.

dz999's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by the dz999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

dz999 collects personal data that is necessary for Account registration, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and the provision of Platform services. Personal data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.1 Platform Availability. dz999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, and force majeure events may result in temporary or extended Platform unavailability. dz999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unavailability of the Platform.

13.2 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dz999's total liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Excluded Losses. dz999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data — arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the Platform, even if dz999 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

dz999 reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dz999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent in-Platform notification.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If a User does not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, the User must cease using the Platform immediately and contact dz999 support to close their Account. Account closure requests received within seven (7) days of a material amendment notification will be processed with any pending withdrawable balance returned to the User's registered payment method.

15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dz999 holds its gaming licence.

15.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute between a User and dz999 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the following procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: The User must first raise the dispute with dz999's customer support team, providing full details of the complaint. dz999 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within ten (10) business days;
2. Formal Complaint: If the complaint is not resolved informally, the User may escalate it to dz999's compliance team in writing at [email protected], marked "Formal Complaint". dz999 will issue a final written position within twenty-one (21) days;
3. Regulatory Escalation: If the User remains unsatisfied following the formal complaint process, the dispute may be referred to dz999's licensing regulatory authority for external adjudication in accordance with the regulator's dispute resolution procedures.

15.3 Limitation Period. Any claim by a User against dz999 must be raised within six (6) months of the date on which the User became aware of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and dz999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
